Depression, Anxiety and Stress Test

The DSS-21 was developed as a self-assessment to measure the emotional states of depression, anxiety and stress.

Please read each statement and select an answer that indicates how much the statement applied to you during the past two weeks. There are no right or wrong answers. Do not spend too much time responding to any question.

I was aware of the action of my heart in the absence of physical exertion (e.g. sense of heart rate increase or heart missing a beat,)

I felt I wasn't worth much as a person.
