Depression, Anxiety and Stress Self-Test

The DSS-21 was developed as a self-assessment to measure the emotional states of depression, anxiety and stress.

Please read each statement and select an answer that indicates how much the statement applied to you during the past two weeks. There are no right or wrong answers. Do not spend too much time responding to any question.

I felt scared without any good reason.

I felt that life was meaningless.

I felt I was rather touchy.

I was aware of the action of my heart in the absence of physical exertion (e.g. sense of heart rate increase or heart missing a beat,)

21. 
I felt I wasn't worth much as a person.

It can be difficult for anybody to determine whether the feelings they are experiencing are depression, anxiety or stress. Luckily, this self-assessment was developed to do just that. Spend a few minutes and try this depression, anxiety and stress self-test.
